Shipping rates depend on the destination. For most EU destinations, standard shipping costs €6 for orders under €45 and is free from €45. Belgium costs €4.95 for orders under €45 and is free from €45. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway use an international shipping rate of €19.95.

Delivery time

For most EU destinations, in-stock orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Weekends, public holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery time. When tracking is available, you’ll receive the details with your order.

Unless we expressly agree another timeframe with you, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the agreement is concluded.

Risk and receipt

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party appointed by you, physically receive the goods.
