Reinig voorzichtig met een zachte, droge doek. Bewaar sieraden apart en vermijd schurende middelen en agressieve chemicaliën. Vraag ons vóór aankoop naar de geschiktheid voor water of een gevoelige huid als dit voor jou belangrijk is.

Check the available size and fit information on the product page. Is the measurement you need missing, or are you unsure? Email us the name of the piece and we will help you choose.
Help with sizingWhat does the 12-month colour guarantee cover?
PVD jewellery has a 12-month colour guarantee from purchase under normal use. We replace the piece once for demonstrable abnormal discolouration, with proof of purchase. Normal wear, scratches and misuse are not covered. Read the full terms; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Choose 2 participating, non-sale pieces for 15% off, or 3 or more for 25% off. The discount is applied automatically: no code needed. The current discount appears beside your items in the basket and at checkout.

The estimated delivery period is shown on the product page and in your basket. It depends on your jewellery and destination.
Free standard shipping from €45 to your destination. Shipping charges apply below that amount. The final amount is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery and shipping costsCan I return my jewellery?
Eligible purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. MY AUVENNE members get 60 days for participating purchases made during membership. Register your return through the help centre; the return address and instructions are sent by email. Check the conditions and any exceptions before ordering.
Return conditions and registrationHow can I track my order?
Once tracking is available, you will receive the details for your order. If the link does not work or delivery takes longer than expected, email your order number to hallo@auvenne.com.
Help with your orderWhat if my jewellery arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Email hallo@auvenne.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Clear photos can help us resolve it faster. We will help you find an appropriate solution; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Yes, you can choose the same letter twice for the Double Initial Ring. Check the colour and both initials before adding it. The Initiale Ring has a fixed A and no choice of letter.
